Required documents for each applicant:
Each applicant must fill out this form and pay a processing fee of $55.00 (non-refundable) each. Each applicant must provide a letter from his/her employer stating length of employment and salary (must provide the original document), as well as a copy of a photo ID. Each applicant will undergo a credit check. After submitting the application below, you will be directed to Paypal to pay the processing fee.

All applicants who will be listed on the lease are each required to complete this application, pay the applicable fee, and submit the required documentation listed above.

If a guarantor is required, the guarantor must also complete the same application, pay the applicable fee, and provide the required supporting documentation.

If the application is approved and an apartment is offered, you will be required to provide photograph identification.

• Applicants will deposit the following non-refundable application fee per applicant for the processing of this application.
• Fee: $55.00
• Submission of this application does not require a security deposit. If approved, the Applicant will receive written notification and a lease agreement for review and signature. The security deposit, in the amount stated in the lease, will be due after approval and upon signing the lease in order to secure the apartment. If the Applicant/Lessee signs the lease and submits the security deposit but fails to take possession of the apartment as agreed, the security deposit shall be retained as liquidated damages in accordance with the lease terms and District of Columbia law.
